Q: What software or devices do I need?
A: Google Sheets* (free with a Google account, in any browser or the Google Sheets* app on iOS and Android) or Microsoft* Excel* 2019 or Microsoft 365 on Windows* or Mac*. Setup is easiest on a computer.

Q: I'm not good with spreadsheets. Will I break the formulas?
A: Very unlikely. You only type in the yellow cells; grey cells calculate for you. If a grey formula cell is ever typed over, it turns red right away, and a green "Formulas healthy" banner at the top turns red too. Nothing is locked, and a hidden Formula Backup tab lets you restore any formula.

Q: Does it handle commission, booth rent, hybrid deals and piercers?
A: Yes. Choose Commission (any split, like 60/40 or 70/30), Booth Rent (weekly or monthly) or Hybrid (rent plus a smaller %). You can take card fees off before the split, decide whether the shop gets a cut of tips, and set a separate shop % on jewelry. Piercers get a jewelry and aftercare stock list with reorder alerts.

Q: Is there a subscription, and what is your refund policy?
