Highlights

A preseason soccer parent meeting kit: a 25 minute agenda with talking points, a printable expectations one pager, a communication policy template, and a volunteer signup sheet.

The preseason parent meeting is 25 minutes that buys you a calm season. This kit scripts it start to finish so you walk in knowing exactly what to say.

WHAT YOU GET
- A 25 minute run of show agenda with talking points for every segment
- A player and parent expectations one pager, ready to hand out
- A communication policy template with fill in placeholders
- A volunteer signup sheet with six defined, shared roles
- Plus the fillable forms pack: a typeable volunteer signup and team contact sheet families can fill from their phones

HOW IT IS COMPLETED
Print and go. The communication policy has short fill in placeholders: print it and write in your details, or retype the template into any document app if you prefer clean type. Everything else needs nothing but a printer.
