Youth Soccer Registration Toolkit, Season Timeline, Email Templates, Checklists

A youth soccer registration toolkit for club administrators: the ten week season timeline, four word for word email templates, fee setting worksheet, roster rules, and the opening day checklist.

Registration season is won or lost on the calendar. Every miserable opening day traces back to a decision made three weeks late. This toolkit is the calendar, the decisions, and the words, written by someone who has run it.

WHAT YOU GET
- The ten week registration countdown, decision by decision, with one owner per row
- The setup chapter: fee setting from costs up, divisions and caps, what to collect and what not to, refund policy language, the scholarship sentence
- Four emails word for word: registration open, first reminder, last call, and the welcome email that prevents twenty questions
- Roster formation without the politics: the balancing method, the one mutual friend request policy, the waitlist rule, and the pushback script
- Uniforms and equipment: the order timeline, spares math, distribution through coaches, and the checkout log
- Opening day run of show, built around the lost new family arriving late
- Worksheets: timeline, fee setting, roster balancing grid, opening day checklist
- Plus the fillable forms pack: the timeline, fee worksheet, roster grid, and opening day checklist as typeable PDFs
