5 QUICK ANSWERS BEFORE YOU BUY

1. Is this only for Etsy* sellers?
No. It works for any maker, crafter or reseller. It has column guides for Etsy* Sold Order Items and Shopify* Orders files. You can also type in sales by hand for markets, wholesale and your own website.

2. Can I track raw materials and finished products together?
Yes. The Recipes & Bundles tab lists how much of each supply goes into one finished item. That could be wax, wicks, fragrance, beads or flour. When you log a batch or sell a bundle, the parts come out of stock for you.

3. Do I need a barcode scanner?
No, it's optional. Any standard USB or Bluetooth* scanner works with the Quick Find tool on the Dashboard. It also works with the barcode column on the Products sheet. You don't need any extra software.

4. Excel* or Google Sheets*?
Both. You get a copy link for Google Sheets* and an .xlsx file for Excel* 2019, 2021, 2024 or Microsoft 365*, on Windows* or Mac*. Each comes in Light and Dark, and they all come blank.

5. What if I mess up a formula?
Blue cells are for typing, and grey cells hold formulas. A grey cell turns bright red as soon as you type over it, so you can undo it. You can also download a clean copy from your Etsy* purchases any time.

This inventory tracker keeps count of your stock for you. It's for makers and resellers. It helps you avoid running out of a bestseller or paying for stock that just sits.

Products
Your list of every item you stock, by SKU. A SKU is the code for each item. On Hand updates for you, and there is a barcode column.

Recipes & Bundles
List the raw parts in one finished item. Or link finished items into gift sets. When you sell a bundle, every part comes out of stock.

Sales
Every sale from every channel goes in one log. That log feeds your Dashboard.

Purchases
Every order you place with a supplier, and when it's due.

Production
Log a batch you made. The materials come out of stock, and the finished items go in.

Adjustments
Log damage, loss, samples or found stock. You can also move stock from one place to another.

Stock Count
Count your shelves and type in what you find. It shows any gap between your count and the sheet.

Reorder List
Everything at or below its reorder point, most urgent first. Each item gets an order-by date from the supplier's lead time plus a safety buffer you set. There is nothing to type here.

Import Orders
Column guides for Etsy* Sold Order Items and Shopify* Orders files. Paste your file in, copy the lined-up block, and drop it into Sales.

Dashboard
8 number tiles: Stock Value, Total SKUs, Low/Reorder Alerts, Out of Stock, Open PO Value, Monthly Revenue, Monthly Gross Profit and Dead Stock Value. There are also 4 charts and a Quick Find tool.

Insights
See which items hold 80% of your stock value. Spot slow sellers and dead stock before they tie up your money.

HOW TO START
