Will I receive anything in the post?

No. All ASBBDesign products are digital downloads. Once payment clears, download your files from your Etsy Purchases page.

Which format should I use?

Whichever suits you! Excel / Google Sheets does all the maths for you on a computer. The PDF is great for printing or writing on a tablet in GoodNotes or Notability. The web app works in any browser, including on your phone, and saves automatically.

Do I need Microsoft Excel?

No. The spreadsheets also open for free in Google Sheets (File > Import > Upload), Apple Numbers and LibreOffice. Every product also comes as a PDF and a web app.

Does the web app need the internet or an account?

No. It's a single file that runs in your browser. Your data stays on your own device and is never uploaded. Use "Back up my data" in the menu to save a copy or move it to another device.

Can I use it on my phone or iPad?

Yes. The web app works on phones and tablets, and the PDF works in GoodNotes, Notability, Xodo or Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Are the tax and fee figures up to date?

They're UK figures for 2026/27 at the time of publishing and can be edited in each product's Settings. They are a planning guide, not financial or tax advice.

Can I share or resell the files?

Products are for your personal (or own-business) use only. Please don't share, resell or redistribute them. If anything isn't working, message me and I'll help straight away.
