- MATERIAL: Meticulously crafted from 100% premium-quality cotton, this tablecloth combines durability with a soft wipe-clean acrylic matte satin finish. The coating is delicately soft and supple to the touch. Although commonly referred to as "oilcloth" in the USA, our Acrylic Coated Cotton Tablecloths offer a graceful drape, distinct from the stiffness and shine typically associated with old traditional heavy oilcloths, plastic, or vinyl materials.

* Like all fabrics, the acrylic-coated cotton fabric will naturally soften with use over time.

* The acrylic finish renders the fabric water and stain-resistant, protecting against spills from food and drinks, including wine! It's a dream come true! An elegant tablecloth that's "Kids and Party Proof," allowing you to entertain and relax without worry.

* Exercise caution when placing very hot dishes directly on the acrylic fabric, as it may cause damage. Always conduct a touch test: If the dish doesn't feel excessively hot to the touch, it's safe to place it directly on the fabric.
PS: Ensure that you don't leave warm dishes or mugs placed directly on the fabric for extended periods. The heat could generate steam that may permeate the fabric and potentially leave marks on the table.

* This fabric is 100% NON-TOXIC and PFOA FREE, ensuring it's safe for both your health and the environment. It has been rigorously tested and approved by Standard 100 OEKO-TEX, providing peace of mind regarding its safety and quality.

* While this fabric isn't completely UV-proof, the acrylic coating effectively slows down the fading process. It's suitable for outdoor use, but it's not advisable to leave it outside continuously, especially overnight, for extended periods, particularly in humid or rainy conditions.
Please note that while the coating helps deter fading, the fabric isn't resistant to mold or mildew.

* While the acrylic-coated fabric boasts a beautiful softness and suppleness, it remains distinctly coated. Despite its elegance, the coating is discernible to the touch. It's important to note that while it doesn't feel identical to non-coated 100% cotton or linen fabric, its unique texture adds to its charm.

- WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Caring for this fabric is effortless, and washing is rarely necessary. Simply use a damp cloth to wipe away any food or drink spills. For greasy spills, a bit of dish detergent on the cloth will do the trick.
Despite being a high-quality coated material, it's essential to remember that this fabric is not plastic. Therefore, it's advisable to promptly wipe off any spills to prevent absorption. If left unattended, particularly strong-colored liquid spills, there's a risk of absorption into the fabric or leaving marks on the acrylic coating.
* To preserve the acrylic coating, it's recommended to promptly wipe spills after using the tablecloth, reserving machine washing ONLY for essential cases. When washing is necessary, treat the tablecloth delicately, akin to handling very delicate clothing.

* For machine washing, use COLD WATER ONLY on the Hand Wash Cycle.
Afterwards, it's best to hang the tablecloth to dry. If hanging to dry isn't feasible, opt for a dryer with COLD AIR ONLY on the Air Fluff Cycle.

* If ironing is necessary, use a steam iron on the reverse side with the "Cotton Setting." Additionally, employing Iron Starch or Wrinkle Release Spray can effectively eliminate any folding marks or wrinkles.

We affectionately refer to our Acrylic Coated Tablecloths as our "Green Tablecloths."
They're environmentally friendly because they help conserve energy, water, and detergent. Each wipe-off saves resources that would otherwise be used in washing.

- STAINS:
Kindly note that the acrylic treatment applied to the cotton fabric provides stain-water resistance rather than making it entirely stain-proof. While it presents an elegant, soft, and practical wipeable fabric, it's important to understand that it's not plastic. Most everyday food and drink spills can be easily removed if attended to promptly. However, prolonged exposure to strong-colored liquids like wine, berry juice, tomato sauce, mustard, ketchup, coffee, black tea, or other deeply pigmented substances may result in absorption into the fabric.
Please be aware that this fabric is not resistant to stains caused by permanent markers, newspaper ink, artificial food colorants, nail polish, and similar substances.

If you encounter a stubborn stain, please reach out to us, and we'll provide you with some stain-removing options to assist you.

Please refrain from washing your tablecloth before addressing the stain. Water can set the stain, making stain removers less effective.
