The Caretaker Work Hours Ledger keeps a rate for each kind of work, and that rate holds for every client and every property. From the house, log it in-the-moment on the "Log Work" form on your phone — date, project, kind of work, hours as 1.5 or 1:30, and a note. A Property check counts as one flat charge per visit.

When your agreement names a number of hours a month, enter it on the project. This month's hours show against it, and the count starts over each month. Working for both a family and its LLC is built in: each client has its own bill-to block.
