Twenty minutes on Sunday. A calmer Monday. A Sunday reset only works as a habit, so this is ten weeks of it rather than one checklist. Each Sunday, one page to look back on the week and one to set up the next: the home, three priorities, the days ahead, a few meals, one thing for you.

• Ten weeks, two pages each Sunday
• Undated: start on any Sunday
• US Letter and A4 both included
• GoodNotes, Notability or print at home
