MADE TO ORDER

Each rug is woven especially for your order. Standard production normally takes approximately 20–25 days, although very large or extensively customized rugs may require additional time.

Progress photographs can be shared during production upon request. Please contact us before purchasing if you are working with a specific installation or delivery deadline.

SHIPPING

Free international shipping is included. Rugs are carefully inspected, securely packed and shipped from India through a tracked international courier.

A rug may be folded for safe international transportation. Temporary fold lines are normal and will gradually relax after the rug is opened and laid flat. Reverse rolling and regular foot traffic will help the wool settle naturally.

WOOL RUG CARE

* Vacuum gently using low suction with the rotating brush switched off.
* Rotate the rug occasionally to encourage even wear.
* Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub.
* Avoid strong chemicals, bleach and machine washing.
* Use professional rug cleaning when a deep clean is required.
* Slight shedding is normal with a new wool rug and will reduce with regular care.
* Use a rug pad on polished wood, tile or other smooth flooring.
