FAITH, FAMILY & A LITTLE AI: A Grown-Up's Beginner Guide to Bible Time with Kids
Read. Ask. Check. Make it yours. A little help getting ready, with the Bible open and the grown-up in charge.

An illustrated beginner guide for parents and grandparents who lead Bible time with kids ages 6 to 10. The adult uses an AI chat to prepare: shorter words for a familiar story, a ten-minute plan, a simple game with an answer key, kind words after a rough day. Then the family reads the real passage together.

WHAT YOU GET (2 PDF files)
- Faith, Family & a Little AI main guide: 8 illustrated portrait pages (cover, six lessons, checklist)
- Start Here: 2-page getting-started PDF with optional links to the worked passages

INSIDE THE GUIDE
- SIX lessons, each with a real-life moment, what to do, what you type, a fictional example reply, a follow-up, a check and a "try it" step:
1. Grown-up at the keyboard (the adult operates AI)
2. Shorter words. Same story.
3. Ten minutes is enough to start
4. Make a game. Check the key.
5. Kind words after a rough moment
6. Let them tell you what stuck
- A reusable practice checklist and reflection page (page 8)
- Worked passages: Luke 10:25-37, Mark 4:35-41, Ephesians 4:25-32

WHO IT'S FOR
Christian parents, grandparents and caregivers who want short, steady Bible time at home and some help getting ready for it. Built by Patrick Foundry, from a dad who works the jobsite too.

KNOW THE LIMITS
- An adult operates the AI chat and reviews every draft. Children don't need an account or direct access. Examples are written for ages 6 to 10; adapt them for your family.
- Keep your Bible open. Read the whole passage in your own Bible first, and check every reference in its surrounding paragraph.
- AI is a fallible preparation and writing aid, not God, a pastor or a spiritual authority. Don't use it to settle doctrine or to tell anyone what God personally wants.
- No direct Bible quotations are reproduced in the guide. Short summaries and applications are not Scripture.
- Keep names, private prayers, family disputes and confidential group stories out of chats.
- A beginner AI how-to guide, not a complete Bible curriculum, pastoral counseling or a promise of spiritual outcomes.

HOW THIS WAS MADE
Created with AI assistance for the text, illustrations and lettering, under Patrick Foundry's creative direction. A person reviewed and edited everything before publishing. The illustrations were made with an AI image generator. The example replies in the guide are fictional teaching examples, not transcripts of real AI chats.

2. Open them in any PDF reader on a phone, tablet or computer, or print at home.
3. Read the first lesson, open an AI chat you're allowed to use, type the example and send. Then open your Bible.
