• Which AI does it use? What if I've never used one? Works with any modern AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini), and the free version of any of them is enough; no paid plan needed. The guide is written in US English, and every prompt tells the AI to use your country or region for spelling, units, and examples. If you've never used an AI chat assistant before, the guide's first section walks you through setup in about five minutes, start to finish.
• Is my child's data collected? Not by us. This is a digital guide sold to you, the adult, with no login and no child account. You start and supervise every AI session yourself, under your own account. The AI provider may store those chats, so the guide asks you to share only a first name and age, never anything private.
• Is this safe around laundry and appliances? Yes. The laundry week is explicitly adult-run: you always operate the washer and dryer settings and keep the detergent (pods most of all) while your child sorts, loads alongside you, and folds. The chore, tidying, and laundry prompts tell the AI never to have your child use appliances, sharp tools, or cleaning chemicals alone, and to keep every suggestion age-appropriate.
