👧👦 Ordering for siblings?
Your Santa letter can include multiple sibling names for the same price — there is no need to purchase a separate letter for each child.

Please enter all of the children's names in the personalisation box. If several names are required, the font size may be made slightly smaller to ensure all names fit neatly within the design.

!! Please note: Certificates are ONE CHILD per certificate. If you would like a personalised certificate for each sibling, please order the additional certificates separately !!

.....................................................................................................................

For purchases containing a certificate, choose:

• Hammered finish — a textured surface 300gsm
• Glossy finish — a smooth, shiny surface on 200gsm stock.

Both finishes feature the same personalised design and scratch-reveal surprise. The finish choice applies to the certificate only.

LETTER PAPER & SIZES

• Santa letters are printed on 100gsm ivory antique-style parchment paper.
• Letters are A4: 210 × 297mm, supplied unfolded.
• Certificates are A5: 210 × 148mm.
• Letter envelopes are cream C4.
• Certificate envelopes are kraft C5.
• Gold scratch-off panels are approximately 2 inches.

PERSONALISATION

Please provide the details needed for your selected option:

• Single letter or full set: the child(s) first name.
• Certificate: one child’s name per certificate.
• Any option containing a cream letter envelope: the recipient name(s) and address to print on it.

For multiple certificates, please select the correct quantity and list each child’s name clearly.

Please check spellings and address details before ordering. The letter uses the wording shown in the photographs, adapted for one child or multiple children. Letter-only orders will have the reference to an enclosed certificate removed.

ORDERING FOR SIBLINGS

For one letter and a certificate for each child:

1. Add one “letter + envelope” to your basket.
2. Add the required quantity of “Certificate + envelope” or “Certificate only”.
3. Provide all names clearly with the relevant items.

For an individual letter, certificate and both envelopes for every child, order one full set per child.

A LITTLE CHRISTMAS SECRET

Each certificate arrives with its gold scratch panel intact, ready for your child to scratch and reveal “Nice List” underneath.

Some photographs show a scratched panel to demonstrate the hidden message.
