• Which AI does it use? I’ve never used one. Any modern AI chat assistant works (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, or Gemini), and the free version of any of them is enough; no paid plan needed. The guide’s first section walks complete beginners through setup in about five minutes before Week 1 starts.
• Do I need any special equipment? No. Every warm-up uses things you likely already have: paper and a pen, a mirror, two toothpicks or pencils, a scarf, a chair or wall, a screen for one short video, and a common food you can pinch your nose while eating.
