The ornaments, mugs, bookmarks, keyrings, towels, candles, necklaces, cosmetic pouches, journals and coaster sets in our new seasonal and botanical collection are physical products. Each listing explains the included pieces, dimensions and available options. Please read the specific item details before ordering.

How do I personalize a Christmas ornament?

Enter the names or family name line exactly as you want them printed in the listing’s personalization field. Follow the character limit shown on the listing. Check spelling and capitalization before ordering; the sample names in the images show examples. For a question or a requested change, message us through Etsy before assuming it can be made.

Can I change personalization after ordering?

Message us through Etsy with your order number and the exact replacement text. Please wait for confirmation before assuming a change can be made. Whether a change is possible depends on the order’s production status.

How are the products made?

We develop the original designs and prepare the artwork and print layouts. The new collection uses AI-assisted artwork. Independent production providers coordinated through Printify make and dispatch the physical products to order. Check the listing for product details and how the design is applied.

When will my order arrive?

Processing and delivery estimates vary by item and destination. Review the details on the individual listing and at checkout before ordering. For a gift needed by a particular date, message us through Etsy first. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Are the moth necklaces engraved?

The Luna Moth and Atlas Moth designs are dye-sublimation printed artwork on round stainless-steel pendants. Each necklace has a 1-inch pendant and an 18-inch stainless-steel chain. See the listing photos and details for the design you choose.

What scent are the botanical candles?

The Vanilla Orchid and Winter Pinecone candles both have a Cinnamon Vanilla scent. Each is a 9oz soy wax blend candle in a glass jar with a cotton wick and a printed botanical label.

How should I care for my item?

Follow the care instructions for the specific listing. The new ghost mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. The gingerbread polyester waffle towels should be washed separately on a cold gentle cycle and tumble dried low; do not iron or dry clean. The botanical MDF-and-cork coasters should be cleaned with a dry microfiber cloth.

What are the return, exchange and cancellation terms?

Please review the terms displayed on the individual listing and in the shop’s current policies before ordering. Message us through Etsy if you need clarification for a particular item, especially a personalized order.
