It works with any modern AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini), and the free version of any of them is enough; no paid plan needed. If you've never opened one, the guide's first section walks you through setup in about five minutes before Week 1 starts.
• Isn't this just how to win arguments? It's how to win them honestly, and, just as much, how to lose gracefully when you're actually wrong. A whole week is about telling honest persuasion from manipulation, and the guardrail won't let you win with a cheap rhetorical trick.
• Will it make me insufferable at dinner? The opposite, done right. Steel-manning and fair-first dismantling are the least insufferable habits there are: you learn to state the other side so well its holder agrees it's fair before you touch it.
