Is this one big game or many small ones?
100 separate cases, each on its own page (Inspector and Mastermind cases use a two-page spread), plus 5 longer Cold Case Files.

How hard is it?
It starts easy and gets harder level by level. Rookie is a gentle warm-up; Mastermind adds motives and one lying suspect per case.

Are the solutions included?
Yes, in a separate solution book, with a short explanation for each case. There is also a hints file with two tips per case.

Do I need the internet to solve the cases?
No. Everything you need is in the files.

What age is it for?
Teens and adults. Strong readers from about 12 can start with the Rookie level. The stories are cozy whodunits, no gore.

Can I play on my iPad?
Yes. The tablet edition has a clickable contents page and buttons for Tip 1, Tip 2 and the Solution on every case. Tip: in note-taking apps like GoodNotes, links work when you tap with your finger or switch to read mode. To play again, simply import the PDF once more and every grid is blank.

Can I print it more than once?
Yes, for your own personal use or for your own class or group.
