Highlights

WEEKLY MEAL PLANNER & AUTOMATIC GROCERY LIST (Excel + Google Sheets)

Stop asking "what's for dinner?" every night. Pick your meals from dropdowns and the grocery list writes itself.

WHAT'S INSIDE - 5 TABS
- Recipes: up to 40 recipes (480 ingredient rows) with servings, quantities, units, aisle and cost. Cost per serving is calculated for you. 10 sample recipes included
- Meal Plan: 7 days x breakfast / lunch / dinner / snack with recipe dropdowns, cost per day and per week, and planned cost vs your weekly budget
- Grocery List: generated automatically from the plan. Only what you need this week, quantities combined across recipes and scaled to the number of people, sorted by aisle, with estimated cost and a tick column
- Pantry: what you already have at home is taken off the list. Also where you set the aisle order of your shop
- Budget: 12-week food budget vs what you actually spent, with a chart

HOW IT WORKS
1. Enter your recipes and ingredients once
