WHAT'S INSIDE

1. START HERE: a 5-step setup guide. Set your currency, year, tax set-aside %, monthly income target and the business details that print on your invoices.
2. CLIENTS: a simple client list with rate, Hourly or Project pricing, payment terms and status. Total billed, total paid and amount outstanding calculate for each client.
3. TIME LOG: pick a client from a dropdown and enter your hours. The rate and billable amount fill in for you. Mark each entry Invoiced Y/N.
4. INVOICES: due date (issue date + payment terms), status (Paid / Unpaid / Overdue, based on today's date) and days late all calculate. Hourly invoices pull their total from the Time Log. Fixed-fee invoices take an amount you type in. There is an optional Tax/VAT % column.
5. INCOME & EXPENSES: record payments and business expenses using dropdowns with 20 categories chosen for freelancers (software, equipment, coworking, travel, marketing, professional fees and more).
6. TAX SET-ASIDE: shows how much to move to your tax savings each month at the % you choose, a running total, and how much you still need to move. Includes quarterly estimated tax reminders for Q1–Q4 with amounts and due dates.
7. RATE CALCULATOR: enter your income goal, expenses, tax rate, billable weeks and hours per week. It gives you a minimum hourly rate, a recommended rate, a day rate and suggested prices for small, medium and large projects and retainers. It also checks your current rates against that minimum.
8. DASHBOARD: year-to-date income, expenses, net profit, average monthly income, outstanding invoices, number overdue, time not yet invoiced and tax set aside. A progress bar shows how close you are to your annual income target. There is a monthly income chart and an income-by-client chart.
9. INVOICE TEMPLATE: choose an invoice number from a dropdown and a printable invoice fills in with your details, the client's details, line items and totals. Print it or save it as a PDF.
