Custom and personalized orders

Every pair is made to order for one person. After you order, we message you on Etsy and ask for your foot length and width in mm (left and right), photos of both feet from the top, side, front and back, and an outline of each foot traced on A4 paper. We check your measurements before we start. If we cannot fit your feet, we refund you in full before production starts. You can also add a name (up to 10 letters) or a 2-digit number, UV printed on the outer heel for free.

We make sizes from 220 to 310 mm, and left and right boots can be different sizes. You do not need to pick a size: tell us your usual shoe size and brand when you order (for example US 9.5 Nike), then send your foot measurements. Measure in the evening, standing with your full weight on the foot, and hold the pen upright when you trace the outline. We use your measurements to adjust the last, so wide feet, a high instep or bunions can be fitted.

After play, brush off mud and grass from the upper and studs. If the boots get wet, stuff them with newspaper and let them dry naturally at room temperature, away from heaters, hair dryers and direct sun, which can dry out and crack the leather. Use the boots on the surface their studs are made for (FG, AG or SG). When the soleplate wears out, it can be replaced, so the upper can keep going.

HOW IT WORKS
1. Order and tell us your usual shoe size.

3. We check your measurements. If we cannot fit your feet, we refund you in full before production starts.
4. We build your pair in 2-3 weeks (up to 4 when we are busy).
5. EMS shipping from Korea with tracking, usually 3-7 days.

SHIPPING
Price includes EMS shipping with tracking.
- United States: we prepay US import duties when we ship, so there is nothing extra to pay on delivery.
- Other countries: import duties and taxes, if any, are paid by the buyer.

RETURNS
Each pair is made for one person, so we cannot accept returns for a change of mind or a different size once production has started. If your boots arrive defective or you receive the wrong item, contact us and we cover the return shipping.

PHOTOS
The outdoor photos are previews of the finished boots and the name print. Every pair is made by hand, so stitching, stud layout and print size may vary slightly. The white-background photos show pairs we have made.
