Airbnb Cleaning Checklist, Turnover Checklist for Cleaners, Editable Word & Google Docs, Vacation Rental Cleaning SOP

The checklist our own cleaners carry between every guest. It starts with timestamped as-found photos, because that is the host’s proof if something gets damaged.

Written for whole-home rentals: several bedrooms, outdoor space, a pool or hot tub if you have one. Delete what your home doesn’t need.

Who we are: Ken & Moya, Airbnb Superhosts with 586+ Airbnb guest reviews, a 4.9 rating and 25+ years in hospitality. At peak we ran fifteen rentals across two countries and three very different markets, seven of them short-term, and we ran all of it together. We’re operators, not gurus, and not a management company. We still run the properties, and these are the files we use in our own rentals.

“Spotlessly clean, tons of needed items all ready for our use.” Jennifer, Franklin, CT, Airbnb guest review of our rental
