Bilingual Airbnb Cleaning Checklist English Spanish, Lista de Limpieza, Turnover Checklist for Cleaners

A bilingual English and Spanish Airbnb cleaning checklist. Every line in English with the Spanish right under it, including the restock quantities. We run our Mexico rentals with a Spanish-speaking team, so we built this for ourselves first. 8 pages.

Written for whole-home rentals on Airbnb, Vrbo or direct booking. Delete anything your home doesn’t need.

WHAT’S INSIDE
• Arrival section: timestamped as-found photos, damage and extra-guest checks, lost and found
• Same-day turn flag and next check-in time in the header
• Room by room, down to hair checks, bed-bug checks, high-touch surfaces and detector tests
• Outdoor and extras: pool gate, pool and hot tub chemistry, hot tub drain, grill, patio
• Linen count and inspection page
• Restock list with starting quantities, first aid included
• Monthly deep-clean list with suggested intervals
• Every line in English with the Spanish right below it

No filler. Every page is one we use at our own rentals.

WHO WE ARE
We’re Ken & Moya, Airbnb Superhosts with 586+ Airbnb guest reviews, a 4.9 rating and 25+ years in hospitality. At peak we ran fifteen rentals, seven of them short-term, across two countries and three very different markets. We’re operators, not a management company, and we still run our properties. Everything in this shop is what we use ourselves.

“Both Ken and Moya along with their local rep responded within 15 mins no matter the time.” James, Tucker, GA (an Airbnb guest review of one of our rentals)

ABOUT THE SPANISH
We run our Mexico rentals in Spanish with our local team, and the Spanish here is written the way we use it with them. Spanish varies from region to region, so every line is editable: change any word to the way your team or guests say it.
