Bilingual Airbnb Welcome Book English Spanish, Libro de Bienvenida, House Manual and Local Guide, Vrbo Short Term Rental, Word, Canva

A bilingual English and Spanish Airbnb welcome book: the full welcome book and local guide in English, then the same book in Spanish. 24 pages. Hand guests the language they read first.

Written for whole-home rentals on Airbnb, Vrbo or direct booking. Delete anything your home doesn’t need.

WHAT’S INSIDE
• Cover with space for your photo and a note from you
• Getting in, how the house works, and extras (pool, grill, fireplace, kids, pets, EV)
• If something isn’t working: what guests can try before they message you
• Where to eat by price, marked local or tourist, plus what to do
• Our perfect day in [your town], a numbered map table, and good to know about the area
• Getting around and supplies, safety and contacts, checkout
• Host page: how to fill it in and publish it
• The complete book in English, then in Spanish

No filler. Every page answers a question our guests actually asked us. If it can’t earn its page, it isn’t in here.

WHO WE ARE
We’re Ken & Moya, Airbnb Superhosts with 586+ Airbnb guest reviews, a 4.9 rating and 25+ years in hospitality. At peak we ran fifteen rentals, seven of them short-term, across two countries and three very different markets. We’re operators, not a management company, and we still run our properties. Everything in this shop is what we use ourselves.

“They put together two great books covering house rules and recommendations…” Jb, Lynn, MA (an Airbnb guest review of one of our rentals)

ABOUT THE SPANISH
We run our Mexico rentals in Spanish with our local team, and the Spanish here is written the way we use it with them. Spanish varies from region to region, so every line is editable: change any word to the way your team or guests say it.

FORMATS
PDF (US Letter), an editable Word file that also opens in Google Docs, and a Canva version (link inside, free Canva account).
