Bilingual Airbnb Message Templates English Spanish, Mensajes para Huéspedes, Guest Message Pack

Bilingual English and Spanish Airbnb guest messages. Every message in English with the Spanish right below it, so you can write to every guest in the language they read first and still sound like you. 9 pages.

WHAT’S INSIDE
• 9 messages in the order a stay happens: inquiry reply, pre-approval, booking confirmed, a few days before, arrival card, light check-in, checkout, after checkout, review reminder (smooth stays only)
• 2 saved replies: early check-in or late checkout, and something isn’t working (first reply, once it’s fixed, can’t be fixed today, and a house rule problem such as noise or extra guests)
• A scheduling page: which messages to automate in Airbnb and which to always send by hand
• Two rules we never break before sending
• Every message and saved reply in English and Spanish

No filler. Every page is one we use at our own rentals.

SAVE WITH A BUNDLE
This is one of eight templates in our Bilingual Host Bundle ($87 if bought separately, $29 founding price). The Complete Host Kit has every file we sell, in English and bilingual. Both are in our shop.

WHO WE ARE
We’re Ken & Moya, Airbnb Superhosts with 586+ Airbnb guest reviews, a 4.9 rating and 25+ years in hospitality. At peak we ran fifteen rentals, seven of them short-term, across two countries and three very different markets. We’re operators, not a management company, and we still run our properties. Everything in this shop is what we use ourselves.

“I would give Ken and Moya’s 6 stars if I could… They are extremely responsive, available and it is obvious they care a lot about their superhost status and guests.” Leonardo, Portland, OR (an Airbnb guest review of one of our rentals)

ABOUT THE SPANISH
We run our Mexico rentals in Spanish with our local team, and the Spanish here is written the way we use it with them. Spanish varies from region to region, so every line is editable: change any word to the way your team or guests say it.

FORMATS
PDF (US Letter) and an editable Word file that also opens in Google Docs. No Canva needed.
