Thanksgiving Kids Activity Pack Printable, Kids Table Placemat, Word Search, Maze, Disguise a Turkey, Coloring Page, Scavenger Hunt

Put Blorbo's Kids' Table Inspector Kit on the kids' table this Thanksgiving. Blorbo is a small orange inspector who takes tiny things very seriously, and today he needs help. This printable activity pack gives kids ages 4 to 10 an official badge, a placemat full of puzzles, a turkey to disguise, a coloring page and a scavenger hunt around the table. The grown-ups get to finish their conversation.

WHAT YOU GET
One PDF file: Blorbo-Thanksgiving-Kids-Table-Kit.pdf (6 pages, US Letter 8.5 x 11 in)

- Page 1: Welcome letter from Blorbo, the Inspector's Promise, and 2 cut-out "Official Inspector" badges with lines for name, age and badge number
- Page 2: Kids' Table Placemat (landscape) with a 10 x 10 word search (12 words: 11 Thanksgiving words and BLORBO), a maze ("Help Blorbo get to the pie"), an "I Am Thankful For..." drawing box and 2 tic-tac-toe grids
- Page 3: Disguise the Turkey, a big turkey outline with 3 costume ideas (superhero, pumpkin, chef)
- Page 4: Coloring page of Blorbo and a pie
- Page 5: Table Inspection scavenger hunt, 12 things to find at the table or around the house, each with a checkbox and a little picture for kids who are not reading yet
- Page 6: Answer keys for the word search and maze, grown-up tips, and a cut-out Certificate of Excellent Inspecting

HOW TO PLAY
1. Print the pages and cut out the badges (page 1).
2. Hand out the placemat, the turkey and the coloring page with pencils and crayons.
3. Kids find each item on the Table Inspection list and check it off.
4. When everything is found, a grown-up signs the certificate.

The word search is easy mode: every word reads across (left to right) or down. The maze has exactly one route from Blorbo to the pie. Both were checked by computer, and the answers are on page 6.

SIZE AND PRINTING TIPS
- US Letter, 8.5 x 11 in. Choose "Actual size" or "Fit" in your print settings.

- Looks good in color and in black and white.
- Print page 1 on cardstock for sturdier badges.
- Slip the placemat into a sheet protector and use dry-erase markers to play tic-tac-toe again and again.
- You can also print at a local print shop.
