• Tracks what's left: your budget plus a contingency, minus every cost and every approved change. A cost counts at its estimate until the real price comes in.
• Room by room: estimate and real price for every cost, with each room marked over or under its estimate.
• Logs a cost in two taps on the cover screen, right in the store aisle. What's left updates on the spot.
• Compares contractor bids: three prices for the same job, the lowest marked and the spread shown. Choose one and it lands in that room's budget.
• Payment schedules for every contractor: deposit, draws and final, with the next payment always on the cover. Mark it paid in one tap.
• Change orders, approved or waiting on a yes, so nothing surprises you at the end.

Runs in Safari on iPhone Duo (iOS 27.1), tested in Apple's iPhone Duo simulator. Also runs on other iPhone models, iPad, Android phones (Chrome) and computer browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari).

★ HOW YOU GET IT (about a minute)
1. Download the zip and open START-HERE.pdf.
2. Tap your private install link (or scan the QR code). It opens in Safari.
3. Tap the Page Menu button (•••), then Share. If your toolbar shows a Share button, tap that instead.
4. Tap View More, then Add to Home Screen. Leave Open as Web App on, then tap Add.
5. Open it from your Home Screen from now on. It works offline.
This is a web app that installs from Safari. It is not an App Store app.
