• Recipes & Pricing: up to 50 recipes with your settings (hourly rate, overhead %, target margin, price rounding), the suggested price, your price, profit per item and per batch, and color-coded margins
• Recipe Builder: up to 600 ingredient lines with recipe and ingredient dropdowns, automatic unit conversion (for example, buy in lb and measure in g), and a check column that flags problems
• Recipe Card: pick a recipe to see a printable one-page cost breakdown
• Unit Converter: weight and volume conversions
• Start Here: step-by-step instructions

FEATURES
• Suggested price = cost per item ÷ (1 − your target margin), rounded up to the step you choose
• Counts labor and overhead as well as ingredients
• Converts between weight units and between volume units. It won't convert weight to volume (such as cups of flour to grams), because that depends on the ingredient
• Color flags: on target, below target, losing money
• Sample data is included so you can see how it works. A blank copy is included too

COMPATIBILITY
Made for Microsoft Excel for desktop (Windows or Mac) and Google Sheets (free with a Google account). Best used on a computer. Not tested in Apple Numbers or spreadsheet phone apps.
To use Google Sheets: upload the .xlsx file to Google Drive, open it, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets.

• Sample ingredient prices are made-up examples, not current store prices.
• The suggested price is based on the numbers you enter. Check your local market and any rules for selling home-baked food where you live.
• Formulas are unlocked, so you can customize anything. Dropdown options can be edited on the Lists tab.
• For personal use or use in your own business. Please don't share or resell the files.
• This is a digital download. No physical item will be shipped. Colors may look slightly different on different screens.
