INSIDE THE WORKBOOK (11 tabs)
• Sales Log: one row per order, 2,000 rows ready. Fees, product cost, postage, profit and margin are worked out for every order, and a Check column flags typos (wrong-year dates, amounts typed as text or with a minus sign, Y/N slips) so nothing drops out of your totals unseen.
• Fees: every fee on one tab, each with its official source link and the date it was checked. Change a yellow cell when a platform changes a fee.
• Products: unit cost (Printify production cost, materials or what you paid) and the shipping you pay, so costs fill in on their own.
• Expenses: Printify plan, Etsy Ads, new listing fees, packaging, software, equipment, in 12 categories you can rename.

• Etsy: listing renewal per item sold, 6.5% transaction fee, payment processing on the order including sales tax, Offsite Ads with the $100 cap
• eBay: final value fee on the total including sales tax with the $7,500 threshold applied per item, the per-order fee, a category rate per product, Promoted Listings at your ad rate
• Gumroad: 10% + $0.50 plus card processing on direct sales, or the flat 30% on Discover sales (mark them Y in the Ad / Discover column)
• Refunds: the fees each platform gives back are credited (Etsy transaction and processing fees, eBay final value and ad fees, Gumroad's own fee)
• Other: your own website, craft fairs or any other channel, with your own rates
• Printify: entered as a cost of goods

A WORKED EXAMPLE FROM THE SHEET
A $24.99 tee with $4.99 shipping charged, an $11.42 Printify production cost and $4.75 Printify shipping, using a 7% sales-tax example: you keep $10.45 on Etsy and $9.05 on eBay after fees and costs. These are example figures; your numbers will differ.

WORKS IN
Google Sheets (free Google account), Microsoft Excel or LibreOffice. No macros. In Excel and LibreOffice, formula cells are locked so they can't be typed over by accident. Google Sheets removes those locks when it converts the file, so type only in the yellow cells there.

FAQ

Does it work in Google Sheets?
Yes. Unzip the download, upload the .xlsx to Google Drive, open it with Google Sheets, then choose File > Save as Google Sheets. Google Sheets removes the cell locks, so type only in the yellow cells. It also works in Excel and LibreOffice.

Why is it a .zip?
Etsy's digital downloads take .zip and .pdf files, so both workbooks come in one .zip. Double-click it (or right-click > Extract) to get the two .xlsx files.

I only sell on Etsy. Is it still useful?
Yes. Every tab works with one platform; the others show zero until you use them.

Does it import my Etsy CSV?
Not in v1. You type one row per order (or paste the columns in). If you check your payment account, you can type the real fees on any order and the sheet uses them instead of the estimate.

Is this tax advice?
No. The Tax Set-Aside tab estimates how much of your profit to move to savings, using the % you choose. Ask a tax professional what you owe.

What if Etsy or eBay changes its fees?
Every fee lives on the Fees tab with its source link and check date. Change the yellow cell and every tab updates.

Can I get a refund?
