Questions or assistance?

How long does delivery take?

Processing time is typically 1-3 business days, after which transit time is typically 3–10 business days within the US and 4–8 weeks internationally. However, please be aware that postal delays can occur, so I appreciate your patience and understanding if that happens.

Is the "expected by" date a guarante?

No. Etsy shows an estimated delivery window, but it is not a guarantee, so be sure to allow extra time for possible postal or customs delays.

Tracking or delivery concerns

Let me know and I will investigate promptly. Please report any issues within 59 days of shipment, before the postal claim deadline expires.

Do you accept returns?

Yes ~ contact me first to initiate the process, and send back within 14 days of delivery. Please pack securely and message me with the tracking information.

Customs, Duties, and Import Taxes

Packages delivering outside the U.S. may be subject to taxes, duties, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Does marking an order as a "gift" avoid customs fees?

No. International orders must include the invoice with accurate prices and information. Marking an order as a gift does not eliminate potential import fees, taxes, or duties.

Australia is a relatively niche locality for natural Citrine, as collecting is done by independent mineral fossickers rather than being heavily mined for the global market. Typically the crystals are on the smaller side, with color that ranges from pale lemon to rich honey, often with smoky zones as well.

This specimen is from Torrington, New South Wales, Australia. 100% natural, untreated and unpolished, exactly as it came out of the ground. Length is 3.6 cm and weight is 10.4 grams. Photos were taken outside in sunlight and indoors under lamp light. You will receive the same crystal shown. Has some growth interruption, please note.

As a raw specimen, please expect imperfections may be present. Be sure to review all images and measurements carefully before purchasing, and feel free to reach out with any questions. Note, measurements are taken at the maximum dimensions. If the base of the crystal is uneven, the length is measured to the longer side.
