How do I receive my files after purchase?

Everything is an instant digital download — there's nothing physical shipped. As soon as your payment is confirmed, your files are ready in your Etsy account under Purchases, and Etsy also emails you a download link. You can print at home on standard US Letter paper or use the files on a tablet. If you ever have trouble accessing a file, just message me and I'll help right away.

Do I need to print these, or can I use them digitally?

Both work. Every system is designed to print at home on standard US Letter paper, but you can also fill them in digitally on a tablet using a PDF app (like GoodNotes or any annotation tool). The fillable PDFs let you type directly into the fields on a computer too — so you can use whatever fits your routine. No special software or subscription required.

What if I have a problem or a question about my order?

Just message me — I'm a real person and I reply quickly. Because these are instant digital downloads, I'm not able to offer returns once a file has been delivered, but I never want you stuck with something that isn't working for you. If a file won't open, prints oddly, or you're not sure how to use part of it, reach out and I'll make it right.

Which app should I use to type into the PDF?

Free Adobe Acrobat Reader (computer, iPad, Android) saves what you type. GoodNotes, Notability and Xodo work too. Avoid typing in a web browser's built-in PDF viewer: many of them do not save form fields. Save a blank copy first.

Most products include both, and each listing says which. Print at 100% / Actual size. Low-ink versions are included where a product prints well without the color backgrounds.

How do the spreadsheet versions work?

Open the .xlsx in Excel, or upload it to Google Drive and choose Open with Google Sheets. Type in the light cells; the formula cells calculate for you. Listing photos use sample data, and your copy starts blank.

Can I share the files?

Your purchase is for personal use in your own household: print as many copies as you need for yourself and your family. Please do not resell, share or post the files.

Is this legal, medical, tax or financial advice?

No. These are organizing tools that help you collect information and decide what to ask. For advice about your situation, talk to a licensed professional.

Designs are created with AI assistance under my creative direction. I write the content, build and check every fillable field and formula, and review every page before a product is listed.
