A line sheet is what a retail buyer orders from: your styles with wholesale price (WHS), recommended retail price (RRP), colours, sizes, minimum order quantity and delivery window. This Excel template builds the line sheet, checks the margin behind every price, and gives you a matching order form, all in one file.

WHAT IT CALCULATES
• Landed cost per style: unit cost + freight per unit + unit cost × duty % + other costs per unit
• Suggested WHS: landed cost × your wholesale multiplier, rounded up to your price step
• Suggested RRP: WHS × your retail multiplier (2.0 = keystone), rounded up to your price step
• Override columns if you want to set WHS or RRP yourself
• Brand margin % on WHS, brand markup % on cost, retailer margin % on RRP, retailer multiple (RRP / WHS)
• Keystone check: flags any style whose RRP is below 2 × WHS
• Target check: flags any style below your target margin
• Order form: looks up WHS, totals units and value, checks MOQ per style and your order minimum

HOW IT WORKS
1. Download the ZIP and open the .xlsx in Excel, or import it into Google Sheets (File > Import).
2. Enter your brand, multipliers and terms on Settings.
3. Add your styles on Line_Sheet and your costs on Margin_Calc.
4. Export the Line_Sheet tab as PDF for buyers; use Order_Form for each retailer.

• Definitions (line sheet, landed cost, markup vs. margin, keystone, MOQ) follow public sources listed inside the file.
• Margin_Calc shows your costs. Do not send that tab to buyers.
• RRP is a recommendation. Retailers set their own resale prices.
• Duty rates in the example are placeholders. Check your own rates.
• Product images are not included; there is an image cell per style for your own photos.

FAQ
What is keystone pricing? Setting the retail price at double the wholesale price: a 100% markup, about a 50% margin for the retailer.
Margin or markup? Margin is profit as a share of the selling price; markup is profit as a share of cost. The file shows both.
Can I use another currency? Yes. The currency label on Settings is text only; all maths works in any currency.
Is it also in the kit? Yes, it is part of the Buying & Wholesale Kit together with the OTB Planner, Sell-Through Tracker and Size-Curve Planner.
