This spreadsheet is a money tracker for your wedding. Enter your vendor contracts with the deposit and balance, mark payments as paid, and see what is paid, what is still to pay, which payment is due next and whether each category is over your plan.

What you get

How it works
Enter the paid date when you pay a deposit or a balance. The next due date is the deposit due date while the deposit is unpaid, then the balance due date. Status is measured against the report date in Settings: type a date or =TODAY().

Please note
- This is a money tracker only: no guest list, seating plan or timeline.
- Not modelled: costs without a vendor contract (enter them as a vendor row), several instalments with their own due dates (use the Extra paid column), multiple currencies, taxes and VAT of any kind.
- Built for Excel and opens in LibreOffice (recalculated there, no errors). Works in Excel and Google Sheets. No macros.
