What it is
A faceted five point star topper with crisp geometric planes that catch the light. It prints as two halves joined with alignment pins for a fully dimensional star.

Printer compatibility
Bambu Lab P2S, H2D, X1, P1, A1 (3MF ready). Prusa MK4 and any generic FDM printer via STL. Minimum bed: 190 x 190 mm, minimum build height 30 mm.

Recommended settings
Nozzle 0.4 mm. Layer height 0.20 mm. Walls 3. Infill 15% gyroid. Brim none.

Filament
Silk PLA. Suggested finishes: champagne gold silk, silver silk, white.

Supports
None. Every part is designed to print support free in the shown orientation.

Print time and grams
Measured on a Bambu P1S, 0.20mm, Bambu PLA Matte, one plate per file: star topper back half 1h 16m, 51.9 g; star topper front half and pins 1h 20m, 52.3 g. Total 2h 36m, 104.2 g. Other printers are estimates and will vary.

Assembly
Press the 4 pins into one half, add a drop of glue, then press the halves together. The tree tip fits the opening in the base.

Scale notes
Prints at 100%. Safe range 80% to 120%. Scale the pins with the halves.

Troubleshooting FAQ
- Corners lift: clean the plate, add a 5 mm brim.
- Fit too tight: check flow calibration, enable elephant foot compensation 0.15 mm.
- Pins too tight: sand lightly or print pins at 98%.
- Seam visible: print both halves in the same filament on the same plate.
