TIDE MONTH: a full lunar month of rising and falling water, hour by hour, turned into a calm data-art print.

Each of the 30 rows is one day, running from midnight to midnight. Dark slate means low water, pale sand means high water. Because the tide arrives about 50 minutes later every day, the high waters form soft diagonal bands; around new and full moon the contrast is strongest (spring tides), at the quarter moons it fades (neap tides). The coast is a model built from five real tidal constituents, so it shows how tides work rather than one harbour's timetable.

Two colourways are included: SLATE (navy and sand) and SEA GLASS (teal and cream). A thoughtful gift for sailors, surfers, swimmers and science lovers, and a quiet statement for an office, hallway or bathroom.
