How do I download my files?

After purchase, go to your Etsy account → Purchases and Reviews → click "Download Files" next to your order. Files are available immediately. You'll also receive a download link by email.

How do I access a Google Sheets template?

Your purchase includes a PDF with a link to the Google Sheets template. Open the link, then go to File → Make a copy — this saves it to your own Google Drive so you can edit it freely.

What file formats do you offer?

PDF files (for printables) and Google Sheets templates (for budget and finance trackers). PDFs come in both A4 and US Letter sizes unless otherwise noted.

Can I print these at home?

Yes! All PDF products are designed for home printing. A standard printer works perfectly. For best results, print on white 80–120g paper.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the digital nature of these products, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges. If you have trouble accessing your files, please message us and we will help you right away.

Can I share or resell these files?

All products are for personal use only. Please do not redistribute, resell, or claim the designs as your own. Each purchase is a single-user license.

MOSS & ORDER 🌿 ADHD-FRIENDLY CLEANING CHECKLIST

Cleaning in small, doable steps. Instead of one long list, these pages give you short timed tasks, a list for every energy level and a simple five step reset for any messy room. Bigger boxes, fewer tasks per page and soft sage green details on a white page that prints without using much ink.

Start with a 10 Minute Reset and stop when the timer ends. On a low energy day the bare minimum list is enough, and on a good day you can pick a bigger job from the Task Menu. Done is better than perfect.

🌿 WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Cover page and a short How to Use guide
• 10 Minute Reset (with tick circles for every day of the week)
• Cleaning by Energy (low, some and good energy lists)
• Room Reset (the same five steps for any room)
• Cleaning Task Menu (2, 5, 15 and 30 minute jobs)
• Weekly Cleaning Plan (one zone a day and a rest day)
• Clutter Sort (keep, another room, donate, rubbish)
• Reward Tracker

9 pages in total, in both A4 and US Letter. 2 PDF files.

🌿 HOW IT WORKS

1. Purchase. Your files are ready right away under You → Purchases
2. Print at 100% / Actual Size on any paper
3. Tip: put a page in a plastic sleeve and tick with a dry erase marker to reuse it every week

🌿 GOOD TO KNOW

• This is a DIGITAL DOWNLOAD. No physical item will be shipped
• ADHD-friendly describes the simple page design. This is not a medical or therapeutic product
• Colors may look slightly different on screen and on paper
