Are these physical products?

No. Buyer Paper Studio offers digital planning templates. Nothing is mailed. Read each listing for the exact files and pages included. Our first collection is in development; the shop announcement will share updates as products become available.

How do I download my purchase?

For instant downloads, wait for Etsy to confirm payment, then open Etsy.com in a computer or mobile browser. Go to your account's Purchases and choose Download Files beside the order. Digital downloads are not currently available inside the Etsy app. If you checked out as a guest, use the download link in your Etsy receipt email.

Are the templates editable, and what software do I need?

Editing features vary by product. Check the listing for the file format, required software, and whether it is printable, fillable, or editable before buying. Do not assume a PDF can be edited. If a ZIP folder is included, extract it first, then follow the instructions supplied with the files. Message us if you need help choosing a compatible product.

How should I print my template?

For a template described as printable, use the paper size stated in its listing and check print preview before printing. Follow the file's instructions for scaling and margins. Print a single test page first. Colors and margins can vary by printer, paper, and screen. Digital use is supported only where the listing specifically says so.

What if I need a refund or something is wrong with my order?

Digital purchases are not eligible for standard returns or exchanges, and our shop does not accept routine cancellations. If you bought the same item twice, received the wrong file, or cannot use a file as described, message us with your order number and the issue. We will review the purchase and help with a correction, replacement file, or refund where appropriate. This does not limit your rights under applicable law or Etsy's Purchase Protection.

Can I share or resell the templates?

Unless a listing explicitly grants a different license, templates are for your personal or household use. You may print copies for your own household. You may not resell, redistribute, share the digital files publicly, or claim the design as your own. Contact us before using a template for clients or distributing copies commercially.

Do you provide real estate, legal, or financial advice?

Our templates help organize your own notes, priorities, comparisons, and moving tasks. They do not replace advice from a qualified real estate, legal, tax, lending, or inspection professional. Buyer Paper Studio is independent and is not affiliated with a homebuilder, lender, or real estate brokerage. You do not need to send us completed worksheets or private financial information to use the products.
