✦ HOW TO ACCESS
━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━
1. After purchase, go to You › Purchases and reviews › Download files. Etsy also emails you a download link.
2. Google Sheets: open the PDF, click the template link and choose "Make a copy". Or upload the .xlsx to Google Drive and open it with Google Sheets.
3. Excel: double-click the .xlsx file and click "Enable Editing" if asked.
4. Start on the "Start Here" tab. Setup takes about 5 minutes.

Q: Does it work for any wedding date?
A: Yes. It's undated. Enter your date on Start Here and every checklist due date and the countdown update.

Q: Do I need Excel?
A: No. A free Google account and Google Sheets is all you need.

Q: Can my partner or planner use it too?
A: Yes. In Google Sheets, click Share and you'll both see the same live numbers.

Q: How many guests can I add?
A: Up to 300 guests or households, each with an optional plus-one, across 20 tables of any size.

Q: Can I change the categories and checklist?
A: Yes. Rename budget categories, meal options and guest groups on Start Here, and edit, add or remove any checklist task and its "days before" number.

Q: How do I clear the example data?
A: Use the included BLANK file, or select the cream cells and press Delete. The formulas stay safe.

Q: Does it use macros?
A: No. There are no macros or scripts. It's plain formulas that work in both Google Sheets and Excel.

Q: Will I receive a physical product?
A: No. This is a digital download and nothing will be shipped.

Q: Can I share it?
A: You're welcome to share your own copy with your partner, family or planner. Please don't share, resell or redistribute the files or the template link.
