Hills That Are Also a Village is a calm landscape print for anyone who loves a warm, unhurried boho or mid-century home. From a distance it reads as five or six soft ridges stacking up to a high horizon, with a large low sun sitting off-centre to the right, partly hidden behind the farthest ridge. Come closer and a quiet hillside village appears: leaf-shaped terraces, tiny arched roofs, round trees, stepped paths and a few birds, with a thin crescent moon and a few stars above. The nearest ridge is the darkest and holds the finest detail, kept away from the edges, and the wide, open sky leaves plenty of quiet space. It suits living rooms, bedrooms, hallways, reading corners and gallery walls.
