Each day the Today screen shows a short, doable list instead of everything at once. Short on time? Tap 5, 15 or 30 minutes and it picks tasks that fit, or tap "15 min reset" to start the timer and race the clock. Behind? The gentle catch-up spreads things out with no red warnings and no guilt.
