Highlights

Teach the core tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy in a way clients actually use. This printable set walks adults and teens through how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors connect, how to spot thinking traps, and how to test and reframe unhelpful thoughts, with plenty of write-in space and worked examples. Made by the team at Paris Counseling.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

- CBT Basics for Teens (5 pages) - the same skills with real teen examples (group chats, grades, social media, sports): thinking traps, a "Catch It, Check It, Change It" thought log, thought detective, digging into deeper beliefs, action-before-motivation log, and a bounce-back plan
- Thinking Traps Reference (2 pages) - a one-page reference poster plus 11 cut-out reframe cards (a question to ask and a balanced thought to try) and a blank card for your own
