Conditions of return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.


We now drop off all USA orders on Mondays and Fridays.

If a holiday falls on a Monday, your order will be dropped off at the postal office on Fridays. If a holiday falls on a Friday, your order will be dropped off on the following Monday.

USA same-day drop-off: orders must be made by Monday 5AM PST and Friday by 10AM PST for same-day drop-off. We always try our best to get orders out to you as fast as possible. Thank you for understanding!
Due to time restrictions, I am generally unable to personalize orders. However, when in doubt, send me a message and I will let you know if I can do this for you in a timely manner.
Update: We are unavailable for wholesale custom designs until July 2017.

For wholesale (including custom designs and private labelling), design firms, etc. we require a designated Project Manager or Case Manager that are highly responsive and can communicate effectively and efficiently with us within 24 hours. Please note that any wholesale orders will require a contract agreement. Wholesale inquiries will only be responded at contact@gritsparkles.com To avoid delays, inquiries must be descriptive and transparent as possible for ideas, payments and plans. We reserve the right to refuse potential collaborations that lack a plan and/or information.
Please do not purchase an item and write a note on your checkout under "note to buyer" for a request on the order. Instead, send us a message before hand so we can help you as much as we can before you make your order.
