Nice easy pattern. All sections clearly followable and the lace pattern is given row by row which will help beginners. Made for my daughter. Although if knitting a second time I would decrease then increase again the stitches across the central part of the garment across the back and shoulders as the central swathe that hangs down the back looked a bit too long to me. But my daughter likes it and is happy with it so will wear it over a thin strap dress in the summer. The length effect will probably depend on the yarn you use. I chose a Soft Merino Donegal by Studio Donegal from Great British Yarns and that will have added a little to the weight.
