● FedEx 2 Day Express is included on orders up to 24 cookies (orders over 24 cookies ship Standard Ground/Home Delivery which is 2-5 days in transit)
● Each cookie is wrapped in a clear cello bag, then hand tied with 5/8" wide satin ribbons.
● We ship cookies on Mondays & Tuesdays only. The deadline to order is always the Thursday beforehand.
● Buy 18 or more cookies, the cost per cookie goes down!
● We also offer a combined shipping ✂COUPON CODE when purchasing more than one listing from our shop (note: this is not the same as purchasing 'multiple dozens'.) Please see our shop banner or listing photos for details.
● You may request color changes in the order notes (see color chart).
● The scheduled shipping date will be sent within 24 hours of ordering. The tracking number will be sent the day your order ships. Please watch your Etsy convos for these!


● You may order ANYTIME without risk, as we happily offer【WORRY FREE ADVANCE ORDERING!】Just let us know your event date when ordering and we will delay production of your cookies, scheduling them to arrive FRESH just before this date. Furthermore, you are welcome to increase/decrease/change or cancel your order up until the Thursday before the scheduled shipping date for your order NO QUESTIONS ASKED! (After that, orders are in production and changes are NOT guaranteed).

● Please contact us anytime with questions. We do our best to keep up with emails, though it can take 24-48 hours during busy times.
● If you would like to know the scheduled shipping date before placing an order, please convo us the EVENT DATE, ZIP CODE and QUANTITY DESIRED.
● We recommend ordering 2 weeks in advance if possible, as we occasionally book early.


Our cookies are prepared with the highest quality ingredients including King Arthur Flour, Land O'Lakes Butter & Premium Vanilla Extract. Each cookie is hand decorated with a soft, delicious glaze, then embellished with royal icing details. The texture is comparable to that of a shortbread cookie. We are a completely nut free shop! ❤


● Sending as a gift? We will happily include a free, complimentary gift note to your recipient.
● Shipping Addresses – Cookies ship to the exact shipping address provided on the Etsy Order (gift addresses should be entered there.) ➤➤ Please DOUBLE CHECK that this shipping address is accurate, complete and up to date so your order does not go to the wrong place! FedEx charges $17 for address corrections/re-routing.
● Address Changes – to change the shipping address after the order has been placed, the original order needs to be cancelled and remade with the corrected shipping address (so we don't make any shipping errors).
● AK/HI – orders of more than 24 cookies ship via USPS Priority Mail instead of FedEx and will require additional postage. Please request a quote before placing your order, or we will contact you with additional postage required when your order is placed.


COOKIE CARE 🌷

● A care card with the 'Enjoy By' date is enclosed with every order (invoices are NEVER enclosed). Cookies are good for approx. 7-10 days after arrival (some say longer!)
● Do not refrigerate the cookies (this dries them out). Cookies may be frozen as packaged for up to 12 months (simply thaw on counter about 2 hours)
● To prevent the colors from fading (specifically pinks & grays), store the cookies AWAY from direct light. We recommend keeping them safely in the shipping carton until your event
● Cookies DO NOT melt in high heat (we ship to the hottest states all summer long)
● ALLERGY INFO: Cookies are nut free & soy free. They are not gluten free or dairy free. Cookies are made in a commercially licensed, insured & inspected kitchen
