We offer a hassle-free money back guarantee - if there's a problem, you may return it, with the caveats shown below:

* If there is a something wrong with any item you purchase from me, a full refund of your original purchase price and outgoing shipping will be given within thirty days of receipt of returned item.
* If an item is damaged during shipment, in order to facilitate an insurance claim we require photos of the damage before a refund can be given. Claims of damage, as well as photos of same, must be received by us within 7 days of the receipt of the item by the buyer.
* If you wish to return an item or items because you have changed your mind about them for some reason, we will take the items back and refund your initial purchase price only, not the outgoing shipping.
* Refunds are given only as long as item is received in the same condition as when we shipped it to you. Items that are returned in a condition other than that in which they were sent out are not eligible for refunds.
* We do not charge any "restocking fees."
* Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer, and all returns should be sent with a tracking number of some sort (such as delivery confirmation or insurance.)
* Customers who return items without a tracking number do so at their own risk; items that are lost or damaged during return shipping are solely the buyer's responsibility.
