FAQs
I ship my items from Estonia, European Union, and it usually takes 1-2 weeks for my parcels to arrive wherever in the world. Please note that once I have shipped your parcel, I have no control over the international postal services or any delays that might occur during the holiday seasons. If you are in a hurry and/or need your order by a certain date, I would recommend sending it to you via courier service (see next question).
Expedited shipping for extra fee is available upon request. I use DHL to guarantee worldwide delivery in 48 hours. Contact me with your specific request, so that I could get the quote on shipping price and delivery time from the courier service.
Although I have only listed my designs in a limited color range, my clutch bags, bridesmaid purses, sashes, headbands, lace shawls etc. can be made in virtually any shade. Please contact me with your specific request and, if possible, send me a color sample. I love custom orders and color-matching!
I adore the process of developing new products. If you have a special design in mind, I would be happy to brainstorm with you to make it reality. Please note that I never make designer knock-offs or copies of somebody else’s works and I am very sensitive about copyright infringement. All the items in my collection, as well as any possible custom orders, are my own original designs.
All my clutch bags and crochet purses can be personalized by hand stitcing. I currenly offer two options: 1) names, initials, wedding dates etc. hand-stitched directly onto the lining of the purse; and 2) custom embroidered personalized name tags that are easy to sew on. Just click on the “personalization add on” link in the listing text to add to your cart.
All my items come carefully gift wrapped in environmentally friendly recyclable packaging (white tissue paper surrounded by white corrugated cardboard and tied with white raffia ribbon). I am happy to send gifts directly to the recipient and include a personal note as well, if you wish.
