The State of Georgia requires us to collect sales tax on internet orders to our fellow Peach State residents.
Each county has a different sales tax based on their local tax rate.
To be fair to all, we will collect the lowest county tax rate in Georgia which is 6% and take the loss if your county has a higher tax rate.

Based on applicable U.S. internet sales tax laws, Etsy will calculate, collect, and remit sales tax for orders shipped to customers in the United States.

Returns & exchanges

We try to be as accurate and forthcoming in our photos and descriptions as possible. Please carefully read the description and view all the photos for signs of wear and damage.

If damaged in shipment, keep all packing materials and take lots of photos of damaged item, packing, and package. Message us and we will all begin the claim process with the delivery carrier.
IMPORTANT: KEEP THE BOX & ALL PACKING MATERIALS FOR THE CLAIMS!

Buyer's remorse?
We offer a 3-day return refund/exchange from the day you received it. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs and item must arrive in the original condition. We will be unable to refund the original shipping costs.
After 3 days, we assume you love it and will be keeping it so no refunds/exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your items and we'll work to make you a return customer.

Shipping policies

Items will usually ship 1-3 business days following payment. We will notify you with tracking information once your purchase has shipped.

Please note: international shipment (outside U.S.) customs fees and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

We use the most economical or expedient option such as USPS for all U.S. and International Shipments, unless the item requires a special handling and we will consider an alternative carrier (e.g., UPS or FedEx).

If you'd like to bundle (we love bundling!) and purchase multiple items, please message us BEFORE purchase to see if the shipping can be combined to reduce the cost.

We love our mother Earth so we try to ship with recycled packing materials (bubble wrap, packing peanuts, Styrofoam. etc.) and appropriate sized shipping boxes as much as possible.

A physical address and phone number is needed.
Insurance is included with all shipments over $30.
