We are more than happy to fill custom requests. If you desire something that isn't listed in our shop, just send us a message and will will get back to you. In most cases, there will not be an additional charge for custom orders.

While our earrings are water resistant, we do not recommend overexposing them to water. To ensure longevity, remove earrings prior to all water related activities. We also recommend removal before bed.

Our earring posts are stainless steel and are thus hypoallergenic and nickel/lead free.

The shipping charge only applies for the first item purchased. Each additional item purchased will ship free of charge. To qualify, products must be ordered in a single transaction.

If there is a problem with your purchase, please notify us here on Etsy within 2 business days of receipt of the product. If your item is defective we will be more than happy to replace it or provide a refund, whichever you prefer.

We can not provide a refund simply because our processing time was not observed before purchasing and the item may not arrive in the time needed. All of our items are made to order and we take pride in starting on orders in a timeley fashion.

Earrings can not be returned or exchanged unless damaged upon receipt or defective.

We ship all orders in a small gift box. The earring cards that are pictured are normally not included as they are used for picture purposes. If you would like earring cards included, let us know.
