Because mugs are made to order, using the size/style that you select, in general we do NOT accept returns. Exceptions can be made only for our most popular items which are not personalized. You must request a refund AND get approval before returning your item(s). Refunds will not be given until we receive the product(s) back in like-new condition. You must pay for return shipping AND we will only refund the product cost - we will NOT refund the original shipping fee.

We ship most days, via USPS Priority mail. Shipping times are 1-3 days, with "most" locations in the US being 2-day shipping, but some take 3 days. If you need it faster let us know ahead of time and we will try to accommodate you.
All items are shipped in appropriate packing materials, using bubble wrap and other materials whenever needed. Smaller, lighter items may not require bubble wrap, but mugs will use bubble wrap.

USPS Priority is fairly reliable, but we CANNOT guarantee shipping times, especially in winter when weather is more of a problem. If your item arrives late due to a shipping delay there is nothing we can do about it.
If you absolutely need your item by a certain date you should order EARLY and give yourself a few extra business days to account for potential shipping days. If you are up against a deadline we offer Expedited shipping (see below).
EXPEDITED SHIPPING
We offer Expedited shipping via USPS Priority Express for US customers only. This is a guaranteed service, which means in the unlikely event of a late delivery the full cost of the purchase + shipping is recoverable.

FAQs
We are located in Holland, Pennsylvania, a small town just north of Philadelphia. If you live nearby you are welcome to personally pick up your order and get a shipping refund.
Ceramic mugs are dishwasher and microwave safe. Steel travel mugs are only dishwasher safe. Regardless, we recommend that all mugs be hand washed if possible to lessen the effects of hot dishwasher drying cycles.
We make mugs just about 7 days a week. We often can ship orders the same day if the order is received early enough (although not guaranteed) and we almost always can ship the next business day. We ship via USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 days to most locations. If you need a more specific shipping estimate please contact us. (Note: In November and December our backlog will grow and it may take 1-2 days to make and ship your order).
Yes - we can personalize and/or customize mugs. If you want text added to the back (names, funny message, etc) just select one of the ordering options with the word "custom" in it, and place your requested text in the Notes to Seller before you place your order. Or if you want to change the color or make a simple change to the existing design just do the same thing. (Some mugs can't be personalized, namely the 2-sided designs).
