*This item is completely handmade by me in my studio in Montreal. My photos are often stolen and used by sellers on other sites and even here sometimes. Rest reassured, this is the original hair clip handmade by me. The 2 persons on these photos are my sister and me.

Simple, minimalist and chic design. This gold brass hair accessory is a must for a quick hairstyle!

Please note that this hair accessory works best with thick and textured hair. It might not hold in place if you fine or super straight hair. If you choose the bigger one, you will need lots of hair to hold it in place.

This hair accessory is meant to be worn as shown on the photos. It might not hold a whole ponytail.

* This hair clip is made of raw brass. Since it’s not plated, it’s normal if it oxidizes quickly under certain conditions.

To clean oxidation, you can use a toothbrush with toothpaste and brush the piece with a little water. It’s important to wipe dry after cleaning.

Avoid contact with perfumes, cosmetics, chlorine, tap or sea water and moisture. Keep your it stored in a small airtight bag when not worn.

** How it works... Hard to explain but I'll try. :)
Take your hair in one hand and place the ring on top of the hair you want to attach. Hold everything in place using one hand. With your other hand, take the stick and poke inside the circle on one side. You want to pass it under your hair as close as possible to your scalp. Finally the stick should exit on top of the ring on the other side. The pressure of your hair will secure everything in place, so the more hair you catch the better.

If you want to return an item you purchased, you have to contact me within 7 days of delivery. The item must be unworn and in perfect condition for the exchange to occur. I reserve the right to refuse an exchange if the item is not in perfect condition and a photo will be needed.

Custom fees charged for a return package are the buyer's responsibility and will be deducted form the refund.

My jewelry is made of sterling silver and raw brass and it will darken with time. It's completely normal for these 2 metals to oxidize when in contact with air or water.

If you want your jewelry to shine again, you can clean it with a jewelry polishing cloth.

Another simple method is to use toothpaste (that has baking soda in it), an old toothbrush and water. Simply rub the tarnished piece like you would brush your teeth, rince and dry.

Do not wear in water or in extra humid conditions to avoid oxidation.

Piercings are non exchangeable due to hygiene reasons so please make sure to order the right size.

Because each ear is different and piercings are not placed at the same eight, I can't recommend you a size without seeing you in person.

You can measure really precisely (in mm) the distance between your piercing and the edge of your ear. With these measurements, you will now be able to choose an inner diameter depending if you want a tight or loose fit.

Keep in mind that the thickness of the edge of your ear will also make a difference. For example, on the cartilage, there's a "bump" and it will also need to fit in the hoop.

You didn't receive your order? Please contact me and we'll figure things out. More than often packages are still in transit and are only delayed. In some rare cases, packages are really lost and after an quick investigation with postal services, if it's indeed lost, I always take full responsibility. You must contact me within 3 months of the shipping date to let me know your order hasn't arrived. If you contact me later than that, no resend or refund will be possible.

How do we proceed once the package is returned to me?

If the address is good and postal services made a mistake (it happens), I will send it back to you free of charge to the same address.

If there was a mistake in your address or it was incomplete, you will have 2 options:
- Pay shipping again so I can send it back to you *
- Get a refund for the item's price only. Shipping fees are not refundable.

I love this pin!! My hair is slippery, so it wont stay on its own, but I tie a little pony tail with an elastic, and then secure it into a messy bun with the pin and it holds up amazingly. Lovely accessory!
