If your items arrived damaged or different from what’s described in our store, we’re happy to cover the cost of return postage. Message us a photocopy of your postage receipt, and we’ll reimburse you for this cost. We recommend using Signed for, from Royal Mail most items.

If the order items did not arrive damaged or different and you are simply wanting to return the item then I'm afraid we don't offer any returns for personalised items, However, if you ordered a plain item that wasn't printed we can accept returns pending you have contacted us within 5 working days of the item arriving with you.
