This little chocolate fuzzball was wondering around my neighbor's yard and driving their dogs nuts; suspecting it was more than an ordinary rat or possum, she gave me a call. Turns out this little guy was after the bugs swarming the lights of her back patio, but his stumpy little hands weren't allowing for him to climb up to get them. Fearing what her dogs would do to the little Garden Goblin, I decided to spend the night in her yard and try and catch him (this confused our other neighbors quite a lot). I set a trap with a lamp and a bucket and by midnight, I had him. But what to do with this funny little creature? It really isn't safe for a wild Garden Goblin to be so comfortable around ordinary people. As if to prove my point, when I retrieved him from the trap instead of running or biting, he stared at me with those big green-blue eyes and reached slowly towards my face... and booed me on the nose. Well that settled it; he was to be named Boop and he was coming with me.

We kept him safe and sound at the Sanctuary for Impossible Things for a few weeks. He and Kwila got into a lot of trouble during that time. Despite our best efforts, however, we couldn't get him wild enough to be released. When we sent him out to the nature reserve, he wondered over three kilometers back to us. This leaves us with only one course of action - he must be put up for adoption.

Boop is in need of a loving, and firm, home. He knows how to sit, stay, roll over and catch more cockroaches than you would believe, but he is incapable of surviving on his own for too long. He loves people more than anything else in the world. If you think you could be his new family, please consider adopting this adorable fuzzball. His new owner will receive him and a Sanctuary for Impossible Things card which they can use to contact his keepers for assistance or advice regarding his care.

All items are hand crafted and unique. I never repeat a design, nor use pre-made patterns, casts or molds - each on is original and completely hand made.

This creature is fully poseable The eyes are glass and the irises are handcrafted - they are designed to appear realistic yet mystical, and are able to follow you around the room. It is so snugly, with soft, hand dyed fur all over its body. The feet and face are sculpted with magiclay (an under-appreciated material that is very light and oddly flexible). This little guy even has unique palm lines and finger prints! Work is signed.
... or at least that is how this creature will be disguising itself so people don't get suspicious.
